Prop Trading Firm — Growth Operations
Built the technical growth infrastructure for a prop trading firm, focused on recovering churned customers and driving growth. Webhook-driven email automation, re-engagement pipelines, personalized campaign flows with dynamic discount codes, customer segmentation, and a BI dashboard module.
Production MRP System
End-to-end MRP for a major publishing group covering the full pipeline: publisher → print house → warehouse → distribution network. MRP engine, production scheduling, and inventory tracking across multi-echelon facilities.
